Technical Information:
This bezel is CNC machined in the USA from 316L Stainless Steel.
This is being developed to fit :
the current model Invicta 8926 (with scalloped bezel) powered by the Seiko/SII NH35A,
the current model Invicta 8926OB (with edge-fluted bezel) powered by the Seiko/SII NH35A,
the current model Invicta 9094OB (with edge-fluted bezel) powered by the Seiko/SII NH35A
are there more cases which are exactly the same size? I don't know.
The bezel will accept a generic bezel insert sized to fit the Rolex 16610.
This is a shallow-sloped insert, with Outer Diameter 37.65mm and Inner Diameter 30.7mm.
The 38mm OD insert of the SKX007 WILL NOT FIT.
I have found a few case variants.
Multiple bezel versions are necessary to accommodate these watch cases. Automated ordering is impractical at this time. Please email.
You will use your original retention wire to install the bezel.
You will also learn to manipulate the shape of the retention wire to fully engage the groove on your case.
Otherwise, your bezel will fall off at a time of it's own choosing.
You might be able to use your original click wire to enable unidirectional operation.
You will need to learn to manage the shape of the small bend on your click wire to do this.
We are able to apply a textured finish to the inside of the bezel.
This textured surface has a spacing which is more fine than that of the original bezel.
Therefore, this bezel may be made to be unidirectional, using the original click wire.
However, the manufacturing process does not allow for a precise number of divisions.
So, while the bezel may be said to be "unidirectional", it is not technically "indexing".
I prefer to think of it as a "micro-click" feature.
There are approximately 180 serrations on the inside of the bezel, but the manufacturing process will not allow for an exact number.
If you are obsessed with having an exact number of clickable bezel indexes, or a number of clicks exactly divisible by 60,
I suggest that this might not be the product for you.
You will provide your own bezel insert.
You need an insert that will fit the Rolex 16610 or 16800.
I do not sell the bezel inserts (the printed part).
This is the most popular generic insert sold in the world. They are available in many colors and styles from many sources.
It is the series of bezel insert that is
outside
diameter 37.65mm, inside diameter 30.7mm.
That bezel insert fits many watches. You will also have to install your
bezel insert into your bezel.
I use a thin line of rubber cement for this task.
